1. Website adkcorp.net

2. Alat internal yang memakai YouTube API Services
ADK Corp memakai alat internal bernama ADK Wobble Yard Uploader untuk mengelola channel YouTube milik ADK Corp sendiri. Alat ini tidak ditawarkan kepada publik dan hanya dipakai oleh pengelola channel ADK Corp.
Data yang diakses
- Mengunggah video, thumbnail, dan subtitle ke channel milik ADK Corp, mengatur judul, deskripsi, playlist, status tayang, jadwal tayang, dan pengaturan "dibuat untuk anak".
- Membaca data channel dan laporan YouTube Analytics milik channel ADK Corp (misalnya jumlah tayangan dan waktu tonton) untuk merencanakan konten.
- Membaca informasi publik video YouTube (judul, waktu terbit, jumlah tayangan) untuk riset tren.
Cara data disimpan dan dipakai
- Token izin dari Google disimpan di komputer kerja ADK Corp dan tidak dibagikan kepada pihak lain.
- Data dipakai hanya untuk mengelola dan merencanakan konten channel milik ADK Corp. Kami tidak menjual data, tidak membagikannya kepada pihak ketiga, dan tidak memakainya untuk iklan.
- Data statistik YouTube yang kami simpan diperbarui atau dihapus paling lambat 30 hari.
- Kami tidak mengumpulkan data pribadi penonton, termasuk penonton anak-anak. Konten anak kami ditandai "dibuat untuk anak" sesuai aturan YouTube.
Ketentuan YouTube dan Google

This policy explains what data ADK Corp, a brand of PT ADK Kreasi Digital ("we"), processes through the website adkcorp.net and through our internal tool that uses YouTube API Services. Privacy questions: [email protected].
1. Website adkcorp.net
- The website has no forms and does not ask you to enter personal data.
- WhatsApp, Instagram and e-mail buttons take you to those services, which are governed by their own privacy policies. Anything you send us there is used only to respond to your request.
- The home page uses the Google tag (Google Ads) to measure clicks on contact buttons; Google may use cookies for this. See how Google uses information from partner sites and manage ads at Google Ad Settings.
2. Internal tool using YouTube API Services
ADK Corp uses an internal tool, ADK Wobble Yard Uploader, to manage YouTube channels owned by ADK Corp. It is not offered to the public and is used only by ADK Corp's channel managers.
Data accessed
- Uploading videos, thumbnails and captions to ADK Corp's own channel, and setting titles, descriptions, playlists, privacy status, scheduled publishing and the "made for kids" setting.
- Reading channel data and YouTube Analytics reports of ADK Corp's own channel (e.g. views and watch time) to plan content.
- Reading public YouTube video information (title, publish time, view count) for trend research.
How data is stored and used
- Google authorization tokens are stored on ADK Corp work computers and are not shared with anyone.
- Data is used only to manage and plan content for ADK Corp's own channels. We do not sell it, do not share it with third parties and do not use it for advertising.
- Stored YouTube statistics are refreshed or deleted within 30 days.
- We do not collect personal information from viewers, including children. Our children's content is marked "made for kids" in line with YouTube's rules.
YouTube and Google terms
- This tool uses YouTube API Services. By using it, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
- Data processed by Google is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
- ADK Corp's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Access can be revoked at any time via the Google Account permissions page; stored tokens then stop working and are deleted by us.

If this policy changes, the latest version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
